Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any digital products sold by SaaS Idea Vault ("we", "us", "our"), including the PDF guide ("the Guide"). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License
Upon purchase, the Guide is delivered to your email address and you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access and read it for personal use only. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, redistribute, share publicly, or sublicense the Guide or any portion of its contents — whether for payment or free — without our explicit written permission. This license is for one individual only and may not be transferred to another person.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed in USD and represent a one-time payment unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method.
Limitation of Liability
The Guide is provided for informational and educational purposes only. SaaS Idea Vault makes no warranties or guarantees — express or implied — that use of the information will result in specific business outcomes, revenue, or success. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Guide.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SaaS Idea Vault is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
